Bookings that require delivery are checked out in the Point-of-Sale (PoS) app just like in-store bookings. This article will teach you how to fulfil bookings for delivery.

Fulfilling Deliveries

1. Open the PoS app and navigate to the Upcoming tab. Bookings that require delivery are tagged 'delivery' with a truck icon.
2. Open the booking to be fulfilled by clicking on the product.
3. In the upper right corner, click the print packing slip button. The packing slip will open in another window. This includes the customer's contact details and the product information. This should be included with the delivery.
4. Click the check out button.
5. The fulfilment pop-up will display the instructions for fulfilling the booking. Set these instructions in the Admin app when setting up delivery.
6. The booking has now been checked out in the PoS app. Follow store policy and the fulfilment instructions to send the rental to the customer.
