Changing Passwords


This article will teach you how to update passwords for the:

  • Admin app
  • Point-of-Sale (PoS) app

Admin App

If you need to update your Admin login credentials, you can change the password in the Admin app. Read our guide on resetting forgotten Admin app passwords.

  1. In the Admin app, click the account icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Click the account button.
  3. Enter the old password.
  4. Enter the new password.
  5. Confirm the new password.
  6. Click the change password button.

Your password has now been updated. You will be logged out of the system and asked to log in again with your new details.

Point-of-Sale App

If you need to update users in the Point-of-Sale app, multiple accounts can be used.

  1. Log in to the Admin app and navigate to the Users tab in the sidebar under Settings.
  2. Click add in the bottom right corner.
  3. Write an email username and a secure password.
  4. Select the shop from the drop-down menu.
  5. Click the create store user button.

You can now log into your PoS using the new credentials.
