Cancelling Bookings


Bookings can be cancelled by a customer up to 48 hours before the first day without any charge. However, if cancelled by staff from within the Point-of-Sale app no charge will be incurred. This article will teach you how to cancel a booking using the PoS app.

Cancel Bookings

  1. Open the PoS app and navigate to the Upcoming tab.
  2. Find the booking by searching for the booking code, or customer's name or email.
  3. Click the booking to open the booking details page. This displays the booking code and dates, the customer's information, the rented product, its variant and asset ID.
  4. Click the cancel booking button.
  5. The booking will be cancelled. The customer and the store will be notified by email.
