Bookings can be cancelled by a customer up to 48 hours before the first day without any charge. However, if cancelled by staff from within the Point-of-Sale app no charge will be incurred. This article will teach you how to cancel a booking using the PoS app.
Cancel Bookings
- Open the PoS app and navigate to the Upcoming tab.
- Find the booking by searching for the booking code, or customer's name or email.
- Click the booking to open the booking details page. This displays the booking code and dates, the customer's information, the rented product, its variant and asset ID.
- Click the cancel booking button.
- The booking will be cancelled. The customer and the store will be notified by email.
